Models

JCB 930

The JCB 930 Rough Terrain Forklift is the smallest of the three RTF offerings from JCB. However, at 6 tons, it is no small machine. The JCB 930 is tough, rugged, durable and ready to handle the toughest jobs within its ability.

The mast can be customized from 11 feet 8 inches to a maximum of 18 feet in order to create a suitable working range for specific projects. The 74hp JCB Dieselmax engine provides power, while offering lower settings to conserve fuel when maximum power is not required. The machine has a top speed of 18 mph.

Can be switched from 2wd to 4wd, and is available with a cab or a canopy for different environments. A variety of tires are available for use with specific applications and terrains. The sideshift carriage allows operators to accurately place materials on scaffolding. The JCB 930 has a maximum capacity of 6,000 lbs.

JCB 940

The JCB 940 RTF is the 8-ton offering from the company. Basically the only the differences between the 930, 940 and the 950 is the weight and lift capacity. With a maximum capacity of 8,000 lbs, the medium-sized 940 RTF can handle most small and typical projects.

Masts can be extended from 15 feet to 22 feet for accurate operations between that distance, and the mast can be tilted up to 10 degrees for even higher accuracy. The 940 has a lift capacity of 8818 lbs.

JCB 950

At nearly 9 tons, the JCB 950 RTF is the largest rough terrain forklift that JCB offers. With a maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs, the JCB 950 is designed for high productivity in tough situations. The 950 features lower gears to allow the machine to conserve fuel when high power and torque are not needed. Just like the 940, the 950 mast can be extended from 15 to 22 feet. However, the 950 has a higher lift capacity at these heights.

JCB Ecomax engine

The 74 horsepower JCB Ecomax is a 4.4 liter, turbocharged, elite machine. The emissions are compatible with EPA Tier IV regulations, and the engine features Exhaust Gas Recirculation, which allows a percentage of exhaust gases to recirculate, which reduces harmful NOx emissions. The engine also features a high-pressure, common rail combustion system which injects fuel at pressure up to 29,000 psi. This virtually eliminates all particulate matter in the exhaust emissions.
